$3000 Finders Fee

Fruge Seafood is always looking for good people who can help us build our business. In fact it is the biggest challenge we face. We are looking for dynamic people who  get things done.

In that light, We are instituting a finder’s fee to employees who introduce us to qualified people.

If you know someone who is great…Introduce them now…even if we don’t have an opening…don’t wait.

If we hire someone you present to the company we will pay a minimum of $1,000 to YOU.

$500 will be paid immediately upon hire. And $500 will be paid after six months of employment.

FOR CERTAIN POSITIONS WE WILL PAY MUCH MORE.

Remember you are recommending someone you will depend on. Every partner and employee has an impact on our success. OBVIOUSLY don’t recommend people you aren’t thoroughly confident in. Your success depends on it.

Production Coordinator

For certain hard to fill positions we will offer higher fees. One of those current positions is Production Coordinator. This position will be in charge of production organization, Food Quality and Food safety. We will pay $3000 for this hire. $500 upon hire and $2500 after six months.

I believe that an Executive kitchen manager of a high volume restaurant may be a good candidate for this position. It could also be a General Manager of a high volume restaurant that came up through the back of the house. Or it may be someone doing a similar job at a competitor like maybe a beef company.

Think of the most organized person you might know. That might be the guy or gal. This person would love to check and double check stuff. All of the work areas would be extremely neat and organized. Who has the most organized and streamlined Kitchens. Who seems to be the most in control of these areas…that could be the one.

You never know who will find this person. Perhaps a driver or a sales person…we all have contacts….call them, ask them, go see them.
