American Red Snapper

Icelandic Cod

Icelandic cod is a mild white fish with tender texture. A popular choice that is low in fat and very versatile. We have shipments arriving twice a week. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.

Arctic Char

Arctic Char is a unique strain of saltwater char sustainably farm-raised in Iceland. Often compared to salmon and trout, Arctic Char has a distinct, sweet buttery flavor and firm pink flesh that sets it apart from other fish on the market. We get this in twice a week; ask your sales rep for more info.

East Coast Oysters

Make sure you are on our East Coast oyster list that we send out every week. We have a generous variety in Canadian and US East Coast oysters. Mayflower Points from Massachusetts are a perfect feature for your oyster menu selections. Mayflower Points are the classic Cape Cod oyster that have the perfect balance of brine and sweetness. Most East Coast oysters are pre ordered the week before, so be sure to reach out to your account manager for availability and pricing.

Gulf Oysters

Gulf Sacks, Gold Bands, Standard and Select Shucked Gallons are back to regular harvest schedules with good availability. Irradiated oysters, Pink Bands, will be available in the coming weeks. We expect price increases as we come to the end of the Texas Gulf Season on April 30th.

Redfish & Striped Bass

The redfish farms continue to recover from the dead loss caused by February’s extreme cold temps.  Harvesting has begun again, and we have multiple shipments throughout the week. Striped Bass was not affected and are readily available.   Non-domestic Redfish from Mauritius will continue to be available. Please call your sales rep for sample requests, and the available options.

Farmed Salmon

We carry many options of Farmed Salmon.

Chilean Salmon, North Sea Salmon, Canadian Salmon, Verlasso Salmon, Ora King Salmon, Bay of Fundy Salmon, and Sixty South Salmon.   

Chilean Salmon & Canadian Salmon market prices are coming back down slowly.

Wild Isles Natural Salmon

This salmon is naturally raised; Antibiotic Free, Chemical Free, Preservative Free, and Hormone Free. The feed is comprised of all natural and sustainable resources. And unlike other farm raised salmon Wild Isle Salmon is raised in the open ocean of the Shetland Islands, and not in a Loch or Bay like other farms raised salmons.

Scallops

U10 Dry Scallops availability continues to be limited; we continue to see weekly increased prices due to a decrease in supply of the larger sizes. We expect the higher prices to continue through May and summer months. 10/20 Dry Scallop will be a great option during this time with their attractive pricing and abundance in the catch.

Tuna

Tuna availability is limited this week and has pricing up. We have multiple shipments arriving weekly.  We carry 2+ and #1 tuna. Call your sales rep for availability and pricing.

Black Drum

Drum out of Hackberry, La., is very limited this week due to weather.  Call your sales rep for availability and pricing.

Seabass

We currently carry H&G 20-30 KG Chilean Seabass. Seabass prices are holding steady.

Swordfish

Swordfish availability is somewhat limited this week. Prices are up. We have multiple arrivals this week. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.

Rainbow ‘Green’ and Ruby Trout

Rainbow & Ruby trout availability from the farms is looking good. We carry 8oz Idaho Cut Rainbow Trout. For Ruby Trout we have 8-10oz, and 6-8oz fillets. Both farms had a price increase starting last week due to increases in feed and packaging costs. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
