Mahi Season has ended and has market prices up significantly. We are seeing high prices, but with improved availability this week. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
Halibut
Multiple shipments of Wild Alaskan Halibut arriving this week. Fish size range from 10 to 20 lb fish, and 20 to 40 lb fish. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.

American Red Snapper
We have new shipments arriving this week. Fish ranging in size from 2-4, and 4-8 are available. Catch volumes are will likely be affected later this week due to the 2 storms in the Gulf of Mexico this week. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
Clams & Mussels
Availability on littleneck clams and Mussels is looking great this week! Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.

Icelandic Cod
Cod availability is looking good. We shipments arriving twice a week. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
Artic Char
Arctic Char is a unique strain of saltwater char sustainably farm-raised in Iceland. Often compared to salmon and trout, Arctic Char has a distinct, sweet buttery flavor and firm pink flesh that sets it apart from other fish on the market. We get this in twice a week; ask your sales rep for more info.

East Coast Oysters
Make sure you are on our East Coast oyster list that we send out every week. We have a generous variety in Canadian and US East Coast oysters.

Gulf Oysters
Texas Gulf Sacks, Fresh Shucked Standard & Select Gallons are currently available. We pick these up straight from the source multiple times a week.
We expect to have some availability issues as the storms come into the Texas Gulf. We will continue to monitor the situation. Please check in with your account manager for updates.

Redfish & Striped Bass
Extra Jumbo Redfish (3lb and up) availability is improving. The fish are coming in around 3 to 3.5 lbs. We are seeing some shortages on the smaller sizes, Jumbo Redfish (2.5-3 lb.). Striped Bass availability is somewhat limited due to sizing as well. Please call your sales rep for pricing and availability.

Farmed Salmon
We carry many options of Farmed Salmon. Chilean Salmon, North Sea Salmon, Canadian Salmon, Verlasso Salmon, Ora King Salmon, Bay of Fundy Salmon, and Sixty South Salmon. Please call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
Wild Isles Natural Salmon
This salmon is naturally raised; Antibiotic Free, Chemical Free, Preservative Free, and Hormone Free. The feed is comprised of all natural and sustainable resources. And unlike other farm raised salmon Wild Isle Salmon is raised in the open ocean of the Shetland Islands, and not in a Loch or Bay like other farms raised salmons.

Tuna
Tuna market is looking good. Prices are still up this week, but coming down from the past few weeks. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.

Black Drum
Catch out of Hackberry, LA was very good over the weekend. We will have product available this week. The fishermen are preparing for incoming storms, so we expect limited availability for the upcoming weekend, and early next week.
Seabass
We currently carry H&G 20-30 KG Chilean Seabass. Seabass prices are holding steady.

Swordfish
Swordfish availability is looking good this week, with prices improving. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
Rainbow ‘Green’ and Ruby Trout
Rainbow trout availability from the farms has improved. The Ruby Trout Farm is back up and running. Availability is looking good on the 6-8 size fillets. The larger 8-10 oz natural fillets are very limited right now. They fish are not getting large enough to produce that large of a fillet. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
