FISH OF THE WEEK

In the Indiana Ocean, east of Madagascar is a warm tropical climate with clear, clean water… perfect for farming redfish. Redfish, a member of the drum, croaker family are generally considered the best eating of all American drum species. These redfish have a superior flavor profile due to its clean marine environment. A necessity for any menu.

We’ve got the beef!
We’re not just a seafood company anymore.

It appears that prime beef products remains high due to short supply caused by poor grade out this time of year. From what we are hearing from the packers, the downward move in overall beef prices seems to have bottomed out. Our quail supplier continues to experience labor problems and the only steady supply we are counting on right now are the semi-boneless birds.
