Mahi availability is looking decent with prices on the rise. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
Halibut
We will have Norwegian Farmed Halibut available weekly. Fish size range from 15 to 20 lbs. Canadian Halibut is also available this week. We are seeing limited about of Wild Canadian Halibut available also. Additionally, Wild Alaskan Halibut season is set to open March 14th. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.

American Red Snapper

Icelandic Cod
Icelandic cod is a mild white fish with tender texture. A popular choice that is low in fat and very versatile. Availability has much improved. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
Arctic Char
Arctic Char is a unique strain of saltwater char sustainably farm-raised in Iceland. Often compared to salmon and trout, Arctic Char has a distinct, sweet buttery flavor and firm pink flesh that sets it apart from other fish on the market. We get this in twice a week; ask your sales rep for more info.

East Coast Oysters
Make sure you are on our East Coast oyster list that we send out every week. We have a generous variety in Canadian and US East Coast oysters. We will be featuring several options for Valentine’s. Cupid’s Arrow is a cocktail oyster out of Maine, USA, its full bodied meats lead with a bright burst of brine and yields to a medium sweetness that will be sure to delight your Valentine. Lover’s River and Sweet Island Kiss, out of PEI Canada, and Heart’s Desire out of Barnstable, MA are all irresistibly delicious! Give all pre-orders to your Account Manager by February 2nd.

Extra Jumbo Redfish (3lb and up) availability is looking good. Jumbo Redfish (2.5-3 lb.) has limited availability. The fish have grown larger than the Jumbo Redfish size. Striped Bass availability is looking good this week. Please call your sales rep for pricing and availability.

Farmed Salmon
We carry many options of Farmed Salmon.
Chilean Salmon, North Sea Salmon, Canadian Salmon, Verlasso Salmon, Ora King Salmon, Bay of Fundy Salmon, and Sixty South Salmon.
Chilean Salmon pricing is holding steady. Prices are still up due to availability to the U.S. Many farms have shifted their production to other countries, like Russian and Brazil.
Canadian Salmon farms are having sizing and availability issues, which has reduced the amount of product into the market, and has increased prices.

Wild Isles Natural Salmon
This salmon is naturally raised; Antibiotic Free, Chemical Free, Preservative Free, and Hormone Free. The feed is comprised of all natural and sustainable resources. And unlike other farm raised salmon Wild Isle Salmon is raised in the open ocean of the Shetland Islands, and not in a Loch or Bay like other farms raised salmons.

Drum out of Hackberry, La., has multiple landings this week. Fisherman are getting back on the water after the multiple hurricanes in the area. Call your sales rep for availability and pricing.
Seabass
We currently carry H&G 20-30 KG Chilean Seabass. Seabass prices are holding steady

Swordfish
Swordfish availability has improved. We have multiple landings this week. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
Rainbow ‘Green’ and Ruby Trout
Rainbow trout availability from the farms has improved. The Ruby Trout Farm is back up and running. Availability is looking good on the 6-8 size fillets. The larger 8-10 oz natural fillets are very limited right now. They fish are not getting large enough to produce that large of a fillet. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
