Icelandic Cod
Icelandic cod is a mild white fish with tender texture. A popular choice that is low in fat and very versatile. We have shipments arriving twice a week. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
Arctic Char
Arctic Char is a unique strain of saltwater char sustainably farm-raised in Iceland. Often compared to salmon and trout, Arctic Char has a distinct, sweet buttery flavor and firm pink flesh that sets it apart from other fish on the market. We get this in twice a week; ask your sales rep for more info.

East Coast Oysters
Make sure you are on our East Coast oyster list that we send out every week. We have a generous variety in Canadian and US East Coast oysters. Most East Coast oysters are pre ordered the week before, so be sure to reach out to your account manager for availability and pricing.
Irish Points from PEI are a perfect feature for your oyster menu selections. Irish Point Oysters are some of the cleanest, most consistent, and well-balanced oysters to come out of the Atlantic. The algae-rich waters that feed and nurture these oysters impart a tender texture and sweet brine with a smooth mineral finish.

Gulf Oysters
Gulf Sacks, Irradiated Oysters (Pink Bands), Standard and Select Shucked Gallons have good availability. Gold Bands have been limited this week due to all the rain on the Louisiana coast.

Redfish and Striped Bass availability is much improved. We have multiple shipments throughout the week. Non-domestic Redfish from Mauritius will continue to be available. Please call your sales rep for sample requests, and the available options.

Farmed Salmon
We carry many options of Farmed Salmon.
Chilean Salmon, North Sea Salmon, Canadian Salmon, Verlasso Salmon, Ora King Salmon, Bay of Fundy Salmon, and Sixty South Salmon.
Chilean Salmon market prices continue to rise due to algae blooms limiting the salmon in the market. We are also seeing Canada increase prices as well.

Wild Salmon
The first opener for Copper River Wild Salmon was this week. Prices are high but expect to lower on the next landing. Wild Salmon from Resurrection Bay will be available in a few weeks. Call your account manager for availability.
Wild Isles Natural Salmon
This salmon is naturally raised; Antibiotic Free, Chemical Free, Preservative Free, and Hormone Free. The feed is comprised of all natural and sustainable resources. And unlike other farm raised salmon Wild Isle Salmon is raised in the open ocean of the Shetland Islands, and not in a Loch or Bay like other farms raised salmons.

Scallops
U10 Dry Scallops availability continues to be limited; we continue to see weekly increased prices due to a decrease in supply of the larger sizes. We expect the higher prices to continue through May and summer months. U12 and 10/20 Dry Scallop will be a great option during this time with their attractive pricing and abundance in the catch.
Tuna
Tuna availability is limited this week and has pricing up. We have multiple shipments arriving weekly. We carry 2+ and #1 tuna. Call your sales rep for availability and pricing.

Rainbow ‘Green’ and Ruby Trout
Rainbow & Ruby trout availability from the farms is looking good. We carry 8oz Idaho Cut Rainbow Trout. For Ruby Trout we have 8-10oz, and 6-8oz fillets. Both farms had a price increase starting this week due to increases in feed and packaging costs. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
