Halibut
Alaskan Halibut season has come to an end. We have our last Alaskan Halibut arriving this week. We also have Canadian Halibu. Fish size range from 10 to 20 lb fish, and 20 to 40 lb, and 50-85 fish. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.

American Red Snapper

Icelandic Cod
Weather in Iceland is improving. We expect pricing to lower in the coming week. We continue to have shipments arriving twice a week. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
Arctic Char
Arctic Char is a unique strain of saltwater char sustainably farm-raised in Iceland. Often compared to salmon and trout, Arctic Char has a distinct, sweet buttery flavor and firm pink flesh that sets it apart from other fish on the market. We get this in twice a week; ask your sales rep for more info.

East Coast Oysters
Make sure you are on our East Coast oyster list that we send out every week. We have a generous variety in Canadian and US East Coast oysters. Harvest Moon oysters are the special for November. A donation to Feeding America will be donated for each bag sold.

Extra Jumbo Redfish (3lb and up) availability is looking good. Jumbo Redfish (2.5-3 lb.) has limited availability. The fish have grown larger than the Jumbo Redfish size.

Farmed Salmon
We carry many options of Farmed Salmon.
Chilean Salmon, North Sea Salmon, Canadian Salmon, Verlasso Salmon, Ora King Salmon, Bay of Fundy Salmon, and Sixty South Salmon.
Pricing is holding steady this week on Canadian. Chilean Salmon pricing is trending down. Please call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
Wild Isles Natural Salmon
This salmon is naturally raised; Antibiotic Free, Chemical Free, Preservative Free, and Hormone Free. The feed is comprised of all natural and sustainable resources. And unlike other farm raised salmon Wild Isle Salmon is raised in the open ocean of the Shetland Islands, and not in a Loch or Bay like other farms raised salmons.

U10 Dry Scallops availability is good; however we expect pricing to increase in the coming weeks as colder, winter weather is limiting the amount of days at sea.
Tuna

Black Drum
Drum out of Hackberry, La., has multiple landings this week. Fisherman are getting back on the water after the multiple hurricanes in the area. Call your sales rep for availability and pricing.
Seabass
We currently carry H&G 20-30 KG Chilean Seabass. Seabass prices are holding steady.

Swordfish availability is looking good this week. Pricing is on the rise. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
Rainbow ‘Green’ and Ruby Trout
Rainbow trout availability from the farms has improved. The Ruby Trout Farm is back up and running. Availability is looking good on the 6-8 size fillets. The larger 8-10 oz natural fillets are very limited right now. They fish are not getting large enough to produce that large of a fillet. Call your sales rep for pricing and availability.
