Raised in Okla, Chef Ben has honed his craft in KS, TX, FLA , and in the OKC metro at Remington Park, Sushi Neko, Paseo Grill, and at New World Cuisine. He considers each stop part of his culinary education. As Head Chef at Norman, Oklahoma’s iconic Legend’s Restaurant Ben challenges himself to be innovative adding new twists to classic preparations and blending international traditions and cuisines to American tastes, using locally sourced ingredients when possible.
