Chef Phil is currently the Executive Chef for Nebu and Aravalli Restaurants located in the Devon Energy Center, downtown Oklahoma City. Phil hails from Chicago and brings with him a passion for cooking high volume sophisticated cuisine with experience operating some of the top Restaurants in the Midwest. Recently a new father, Chef Phil has found a great home in Oklahoma and is excited to help raise the bar on cuisine and service in the Southwest Region.
