Chef Aaron Thomas of Eclair Bistro displays a Contemporary approach mixed with his New Orleans influences to lead a team, along with his mother Lynn, to create a unique culinary fine dinning experience rarely seen in a family owned restaurant.
Since its inception 6 years ago, Eclair Bistro has gained a nod from its fine dinning piers, along their local community, quietly receiving numerous accolades such as most romantic restaurant, to highest rated fine dinning, to most recently being selected as the first ever restaurant in Mckinney Texas to be invited to be part of Restaurant Week DFW in 2016. With a passion for all things culinary – especially seafood, Chef Aaron Thomas’ fresh perspective takes a “nothing but the best” approach to service and ingredients to deliver to their guest an unpretentious experience seldom seen at other fine dinning restaurants.
