Chris came to Fish City Grill in April of 2006 looking forward to the opportunity to apply his knowledge and techniques with a concept that is known for “Serious Seafood”. Prior to Fish City Grill, Chris demanded the attention of all who attended concerts featuring his band that played weekly. Like the experimental approach he took toward his music, Chris applies this approach daily at Fish City Grill, featuring fresh seasonal catch with unique blends of flavors and ingredients. In 2011, Fish City Grill in San Antonio was recognized as “Best Seafood of San Antonio” presented by WOAI News 4. Much of Chris’ interest lies in music composition and molecular gastronomy.
