Executive Chef Eric O’Connor of Winslow’s Wine Café in Fort Worth, Texas

Chef Eric O’Connor graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Business Management in 2003. Eric was a line cook at several different steak houses and new American restaurants from 1994 through 2003. He took a position as a Manager with Brinker International in the fall of 2003. He was promoted to General Manager in 2006 and then Managing Partner in 2008. In 2010, Eric left Brinker International to pursue a Culinary Degree in Fort Worth, Texas.  He graduated from the Culinary School of Fort Worth in 2012 where he went on to become the Executive Chef of Winlsow’s Wine Café.

When you visit Winslow’s Wine Cafe you immediately can see the intimate venue that has beautiful French doors throughout the bar and dining room leading to the most accommodating patio in Fort Worth. We have a beautiful gas burning fire-pit as the center piece at the front of our patio and a wood burning fireplace at the other end. Whether you are on a romantic date, business meeting, with a large group, or simply grabbing a quick bite to eat you will be welcomed with open arms and will always have a friendly place to sit with a friendly smile taking care of you!
