Chef Jerrett JoslinJerrett Joslin moved to Texas in 2001 from Seattle. Jerrett was the co-owner of the Bent Lounge, Bar 9, and Sodo Grill located in Fort Worth, Texas. In addition to Ben and Bar Nine, Jerrett opened and designed some of the areas hottest night spots and restaurants. Jerrett’s love of food came at a young age and has carried over into The Wild Mushroom Steakhouse and Lounge, which opened its doors in October of 2009. This fine dining establishment has won multiple awards in the Dallas Fort-Worth community and continues to push the envelope with creative and enticing options that keep regulars and new guests coming back for more.
