Marinade
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
1 oz. fresh ginger (rough chop)
1 oz. fresh garlic (minced)
1 stalk lemon grass
1 star anise
1/4 cup fresh chives (diced)
Directions
1. Marinade ovenight.
2. Set up smoker and smoke for 6 minutes
3. Cool
4. Grill & serve with favorite salmon sauce
