Chef Emma Robertson has given 18 years of service to the Cheesecake Factory, starting as a server and rising through the ranks. Now she is Senior Executive Kitchen Manager and the only female in the entire company with that title. Her graduate degree was from Stephen F Austin College with a degree in business. Emma and her husband, Andy have a 13year old daughter and are avid Oklahoma Sooner fans!
