I grew up around the Fort Worth area as well as started my career here. Obtained my culinary degree through the culinary school of Fort Worth. I got into cooking at an early age. My parents worked a lot and I soon took on the responsibility of cooking dinner for the family. At the age of 16 I entered a tri-county cooking competition and managed to win first place. As the youngest competitor that entered I decided that maybe I had something and I pursued my career as a chef.
Besides cooking and eating food I also enjoy hunting, fishing, camping and gardening.
