Video, http://screen.yahoo.com/herbtastic-fresh-herb-encrusted-halibut-26860970.html, was too fast for me to write down recipe. How do I obtain it?
It’s the accent that threw me! I replayed it a few times.
Here is the recipe.
All fresh herbs: thyme, mint, basil, oregano & rosemary.
Put all in a food processor. Add panko (japanese breadcrumbs) and a pinch of salt. Also add chili flakes and garlic cloves.
Pulse all together in a food processor.
Take fish filet, rub on extra light olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper. Roll filet in the herb rub.
Heat up olive oil (just a little) in a pan on high.
Sear the filet on both sides making each side brown. Approximately 2 minutes per side.
Put filets on tray and put in oven at 225 for 8 minutes.
